Apple keyboards use familiar key events but label several modifiers differently from Windows keyboards. This Mac keyboard tester displays Command, Option and Control so the visual layout is easier to compare with a MacBook or Apple external keyboard.
macOS and the browser reserve some shortcuts, so certain combinations may trigger a system action instead of remaining on the page. A single shortcut behaving differently does not necessarily mean the physical key is defective.
Keyboard events are processed in this page. No account or upload is required to run the test.
